Our Mission

At OASC, we empower middle and high school student leaders and their advisors across Oregon by fostering personal growth, leadership skills, and a commitment to diversity. Through dynamic conferences, summer camps, and year-round resources, we inspire the next generation of leaders to share ideas, embrace diversity, and drive positive change in their schools and communities.

2025 Fall Regionals Tours

September 15-19, 2025 Various locations in Oregon

The Fall Regionals Tour brings student leaders and advisors together for a day of growth, inspiration, and connection. By bringing OASC programming directly to schools across the state, these gatherings make leadership learning accessible, local, and relevant. This event is open to all to all Middle and High School students.

2025 Fall Conference

November 2-3, 2025
Seaside, OR

Hosted each November in Seaside, Oregon, Fall Conference unites student leaders from across the state for a weekend of engaging workshops, inspiring speakers, valuable networking opportunities, and a high-energy activity night to close out the event. It’s the perfect opportunity to recharge, reenergize, and refocus your student leaders for the year ahead. This conference is open to high school students only.

2026 Spring Conference

April 26-27, 2025
Seaside, OR

Hosted each April in Seaside, Oregon, Spring Conference is the perfect opportunity to introduce student leaders to OASC and connect them with fellow student leaders from across the state. The event offers a dynamic environment for networking, collaboration, and the development of essential leadership skills. This conference is open to all Middle and High School students.

Student Executive Council (SEC)

These students work with adult leadership throughout the year to run board meetings, plan events, and be the student voice for OASC.

The OASC Capitol Ambassadors Program is an innovative, first-of-its-kind program that engages high school students in politics and public policy.

Mid-Level and High School councils can apply to be a Bronze, Silver, or Gold level recognized council by OASC.

Ways to Give Back

Donate to Friends of OASC

The Friends of OASC Scholarship Fund sends 100% of all donations toward scholarships for student leaders to attend trainings, conferences, and camps. If checks are made payable to the COSA Foundation, they are tax deductible! 

Become an OASC Business Sponsor

This is an opportunity for businesses in our communities to become a “Friend of OASC” by making a donation as a business sponsor. If checks are made payable to the COSA Foundation, they are tax deductible! 

Fred Meyer Rewards Donation

You can donate your Fred Meyer points, sign up online. You can search for us by our non-profit number UI969. By linking your card, you give OASC a % of your purchase while still getting your gas rewards, coupons, and Fred Meyer benefits!

BottleDrop Blue Bags

Step 1: Contact OASC to get a blue bag (cameron@oasc.org)
Step 2: Fill blue bags with your Oregon deposit containers.
Step 3: Drop off blue bags at nearest BottleDrop Center or BottleDrop Express.
