OASC Summer Camp Staff
OASC Is always seeking enthusiastic individuals for a variety of roles who are looking to make a difference in the lives of young leaders! These roles include our Senior/Junior counselors, responsible for planning engaging team-building activities and provide guidance and support to campers as they develop essential leadership skills; Tech Crew, charged with capturing the magic and fun of camp; Support Staff, working behind the scenes to ensure that every aspect of the camp runs smoothly and all staff receive the support they need; and our Director Intern, working directly with the Directors to execute camp logistics as well as working behind the scenes to help with coordination of Support Staff, Facility Staff, etc.

Adult Executive Board
The OASC Executive Board is composed of 14 appointed adults, 10 elected high school students, and 1 appointed middle school student, all of whom work together to guide and support the mission of OASC.
Our adult board members include secondary school teachers and activity advisors, administrators, and alumni who have a passion for OASC and for furthering leadership development throughout Oregon. Each adult member serves a three-year term and contributes their time, expertise, and perspective to strengthen our organization.
The Executive Board meets four times per year at mandatory board meetings to plan, review, and coordinate initiatives. As a working board, we rely on active engagement and collaboration from all members to help organize events, provide leadership to students, and ensure OASC continues to thrive and grow in its impact across Oregon schools.

Volunteer Opportunities
Experience the OASC Magic as a volunteer. OASC is always looking for enthusiastic alumni and community partners to create welcoming atmospheres and outstanding programming and events. There’s a wide range of volunteer opportunities throughout the year with varying levels of commitment. If interested, contact cameron@oasc.org or fill out the alumni interest form below.
