2025 Fall Regionals Tour
High School and Middle School Leadership Tour
The Fall Regionals Tour brings student leaders and advisors together for a day of growth, inspiration, and connection. By bringing OASC programming directly to schools across the state, these gatherings make leadership learning accessible, local, and relevant.
Each event is designed to spark meaningful conversations, foster collaboration across schools and regions, and provide practical tools to strengthen leadership throughout the year. With opportunities for networking, peer-to-peer sharing, and collaborative problem-solving, every participant leaves with fresh ideas, stronger relationships, and renewed motivation.

Work2BeWell
Work2BeWell is a teen-led mental health and wellness program focused on
providing free mental health resources for teens, educators, and
communities. Our goal is to promote wellness across the country, working to
normalize the conversation about mental health and reduce the stigma
through education. More on their programs they will be presenting:
Emotional First Aid, Part 2: Your Wellness Backpack is a hands-on workshop
where you’ll create your own “wellness backpack," a set of tools and habits you can use every day to take care of your mental health. Just like your school backpack carries supplies for class, your wellness backpack carries what you need for you, things like music that calms you, quick breathing exercises, journaling, positive self-talk, or even a favorite snack. In this session, you’ll try out different activities, pick what works best for you, and leave with your own personalized toolkit to help you recharge, stay grounded, and bounce back when life gets tough while also being able to share ideas that can help your friends, too.The Roadmap 2 Wellness is a guide made by teens, for teens, to help schools build a stronger culture of mental health and wellness. Each month, it offers simple activities and ideas, like stress relief events, kindness projects, and fun ways to connect, that students can choose from and make their own. It’s all about finding what works for your school, planning it out together, and creating a space where everyone feels supported, healthy, and included.
