Advisors, Please Note

Hotel Reservations:

  • Please fax or mail the hotel reservation form to the hotel (do not phone in your reservation).
  • Make your reservation by April 10; the room rate may not be guaranteed after that date.
  • You will have a better chance of having your rooms in one block if you reserve early.
  • Please be sure to release any rooms you won't be using as soon as possible so that other schools will be able to get in.
  • If you are coming by school bus, you will need to arrive at the 7th Street entrance to the hotel. If your rooms are not yet ready, luggage may be stored in the Rilling Room, near that entrance.

Advisor Responsibilities

  • Please print the Participant Commitment Form and give one copy to each student to have signed by parent/guardian. You will need to bring a signed form to the conference for each student attending.
  • Please inform students that, for their own safety, we will be enforcing a "no balcony" rule during the conference.
  • During the conference, please stay on-site at the hotel. Be visible, and check to be sure your students are attending sessions.
  • Help enforce curfew (11:15 pm) by patrolling the halls for 30 minutes after curfew.
  • Thank you for your support; it helps everyone to have a better and safer conference.

Available for Purchase at the Conference

  • Leadership materials and OASC apparel
