Middle school is where it all starts — and it’s a time students need strong role models to point them in the right direction. Our middle school funshops are high-energy, interactive, one-day workshops designed to give your students the tools and inspiration they need to fulfill their jobs as leaders in your school. We invite you to join us at a site near you!
Our Speaker: Patrick Perez
A champion breakdancer and successful motivational speaker, Patrick “Pac Man” Perez will captivate your students and give them the skills they’ll need to be successful. By combining dance, music, student interaction and skills focused on responsibility, resistance skills, achievement motivation, planning and decision-making, Patrick will inspire students to reach for their dreams. He received his BA in Communication Studies from University of Texas at El Paso, and is a member of the National Speakers Association. He has breakdanced for over 250,000 people in the USA, Canada, Mexico and Germany. Patrick’s passion is to reach out to those students who are in need of hope.

Patrick's Keynote: "Mad Skills for Student Success!" Your students will savor Patrick’s fresh dance moves and funky humor as he effectively challenges them to accept who they are, take responsibility for their choices, and strive for academic and personal success.

Workshop with Patrick Get Ready to Dance
Besides learning some sick dance moves, your students will gain important skills for recognizing who they are, the roles they live out and how their thoughts can make or break them. Students will complete a mission statement by the end of this workshop focused on 3 goals they wish to pursue.

Reminders:
Dress is casual; students will be sitting on the floor at times during the workshop.
Remind students to bring a sack lunch.
We will have OASC t-shirts and sweatshirts and books available for purchase.
Deadline for “early bird” price ($22 per person) is Oct. 4. (Price goes up $5.00 per person after that date.)
